I watched this guy throughout the day work for almost 14 hours. He spent the entire time digging through the garbage of Hollywood to bag up this load. He used to use a shopping cart. The police gave him a ticket for stealing a cart from the grocery store. Now he uses this dolly which he had to buy. He will make about $25.00 to $30.00 depending on the weight of plastic versus metal. After several trips like this, he should be able to pay off the city fine. At least he is homeless and not in jail for theft, right?
In jail, he would have a bed, fresh clothes and three meals a day.
